I show you how to cook Beef humba in a very easy way with step by step instructions all presented in English. Its a very easy Beef stew recipe.

This slow cooked beef stew recipe means the beef is tender and juicy.

Its a great and easy one-pot recipe – I guess you could call me the OnePot Filipino chef….lol Some have asked what cut of Beef did I use and it was packaged to be used for the French classic Beef stew Boeuf Bourguignon.

A humba recipe is a form of Adobo but uses sugar rather than vinegar and comes from the Bisaya people.

As always my Filipino recipes are in English.

Here are the ingredients for my Bisaya Humba recipe ( Baka Humba):

500g beef cut into cubes
200ml tup or sprite
60 ml dark soy sauce
60 g brown sugar
3 cloves of garlic
2 bay leaves
1 large onion
pinch of ground black pepper
