Filipino Beef Salpicao

Ingredients:
โ€“ 500g (1 lb) beef tenderloin or sirloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
โ€“ 1/4 cup soy sauce
โ€“ 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
โ€“ Oyster sauce
โ€“ 1 teaspoon sugar
โ€“ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
โ€“ 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil (for marinating)
โ€“ 1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil (for cooking)
โ€“ 8 cloves garlic, minced
โ€“ 1 tablespoon butter
โ€“ Garlic rice to serve

Instructions:
1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sugar, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well, then add the beef cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. Prepare the Garlic: Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat and add 1/4 cup of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sautรฉ until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Once done, remove the garlic from the oil using a slotted spoon and set aside. Keep the garlic-infused oil in the pan.
3. Cook the Beef: In the same skillet with the garlic-infused oil, turn the heat to high. Add the marinated beef cubes and sear for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is cooked through but still tender. Make sure not to overcook the beef.
4. Add Butter and Finish: Lower the heat to medium, then add the butter to the pan. Stir until the butter is melted and coats the beef evenly. Return the crispy garlic to the skillet and mix well.
5. Garnish and Serve with garlci rice
