I'm learning adobo, my coworker is helping me since there are many ways to make it.
Next time (attempt 3) I will be adding ginger and oyster sauce to what you're doing here.
I also add a few dashes of fish sauce, but apparently if you ask 50 pinoys how to make adobo you'll get 50 different recipes 🤷♂️
Have to experiment.
I also use whole peppercorn, but I grind it in mortar with the garlic. And I double the amount of pepper for a nice kick.
