A chicken recipe you can cook at home – Filipino Style Chicken Curry with coconut milk.
This dish is an easy recipe for your lunch or dinner. I love the mixture of curry powder and coconut milk. It gives a rich, creamy, and delicious flavor. This is best eaten with steamed rice.

Ingredients:
* 700g chicken parts
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 4 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 can coconut milk (400ml)
* 1 chicken cube
* 2 Tbsps curry powder
* 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
* 2 medium potatoes, sliced in wedges
* 1 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips
* 1 green chili, sliced
* cooking oil
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the chicken on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
2. Sauté onions and garlic. Pour coconut milk. Add the chicken cube. Stir.
Cover and let it simmer.
3. Add the curry powder and ground black pepper. Blend well. Cover and simmer.
4. Combine the chicken pieces and mix. Simmer to make it more tender.
5. Add the potatoes. Cover to cook the potatoes.
6. When the sauce has thickened, add the green chilies and red bell peppers. Simmer for another two minutes then turn off the heat.
7. Serve with steamed rice and Enjoy!
