CORN FLOUR – 1 1/2 TBSP
EGG WHITE – 1
OIL FOR DEEP FRYING
FOR FISH CHILLI:
OIL – 2 TBSP (FISH FRIED OIL)
GARLIC (MINCED) – 1 TBSP
GREEN CHILLIES (SLIT) – 2
ONION WEDGES
GREEN CAPSICUM (CHOPPED) – 1
BLACK PEPPER POWDER – 1/2 TSP
SALT – 1/2 TSP
SOY SAUCE – 1 TSP
CHILLI SAUCE – 2 TBSP
TOMATO KETCHUP -1 TBSP
VINEGAR – 1/4 TSP
