  1. Simple and delicious.👍
Quick tip, once you've flipped the fish, sit the ginger and onion on the fish for a better flavour.

If you want to make it even more delicious, marinade the fish by soaking in some water, with a table spoon of soy sauce, t-spoon of white pepper powder, some sliced ginger and spring onion and a table spoon of rice wine for 15 minutes. This way, the fish won't taste too fishy and since it's basically the same ingredients that you cook it with, it will enhance the flavour.

  2. You've got an instant subscribe here! This kind of fish recipe is already somethin I learnt before and know by heart and make often, but I still opened your video for how good & clean it looked from the thumbnail.
Above and beyond the recipe, loved your calm & clear style of speaking, softly explaining and going slow through small simple things. This is beautiful. Will watch more from you, especially dishes that I have not cooked before…

  3. I am on healthy diet, and am eating more fish. I have been looking for a new TASTY recipe for my mild fish, and this is IT. I just made this recipe, and it is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Thank you very much for sharing the recipe. My husband and I are going to add it to our regular rotation. 🙂❤

  4. I'm keeping this recipe 👍! I'll substitute leeks for the green onion, though. The ingredients are always in my kitchen, so I think I'll add this dish to my weekly dinner menu. Remembering to pour the sauce over my rice, too.
