  1. She looks like a different person today compared to here wow- she looked fit here already but now she is incredibly toned and she even lost weight on her face!! Consistency is key I guess, it can take years to really see big results.

  2. How do you do pirouettes barefoot?!!?? Omg! I luv to dance as well! I dance jazz, hip hop, and contemporary/lyrical. I dance when I'm mad, sad, or just happy or exited! I normally dance contemporary. good songs you should check out:

  3. ew that smoothie looks disgusting and I thought it was weird that she was showing off her dancing for like 2 mins like ok yeah we get the point ur a really good dancer but like stop. if we wanted to watch a dancing video then we would but we wanted to watch a fitness video. also the music stopped playing and that kind of sucked but whatever I'm not hating but… this wasn't my favorite video.

  4. In the last week, I have started working out an hour-two hours a day. I jog, run, walk briskly, aerobics, yoga, a lot mixed together, lol. I've noticed how much happier I am now that I work out. I've noticed I'm starting to get a bit of girl abs. I have also been only having sweets once a week and eating lots of veggies. I'm much happier. I really recommend trying this out, those of you who need it. Just give it time before you give in and cave to all the junk food! You get used to no junk in about 3 days. It feels amazing and I'm happy to say I LOVE EXERCISING!! Smoothies are also super good. All natural sugar ( only the fruits sugar, no real sugar ), milk, and ice. Perfect! Oatmeal and fruits are a great breakfast. Been loving green beans too! 🙂
