Again Laura you came thru again! My mom makes a similar rolled meat ; only thing she puts it in the oven and how many times the outside is over cooked and the middle is under cooked even covering the last 20 minutes with foil ! ! You are so fantastic! ! Thanks for showing me the correct way ! ! Oh same with Stromboli ! I can’t stand the raw Dough in the middle! I realized instead of a hot 450° oven I start high heat – than foil it and 25 minutes more helps alot but I still can’t perfect it ! I’m only thinking the dough needs to be super thin ! ? ? Let me know ❤
