  4. you can try spinach (which is also a belly blaster veggie) ….2 cups spinach, 1 whole frozen banana(chopped) 1/2-1 cup almond milk( depending on how thick you like it, any milk is good fat free, rice, etc) and a tsp honey(optional)…. put all ingredients into blender and enjoy…its SOOO yummy.
