Masala Pasta

Ingredients for Boiled Pasta:
Water as required
Salt 1 tsp
Penne pasta 300 g

Ingredients for Masala Pasta:
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Boneless chicken chunks 500 g
Tomato puree 1 cup
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Carrot (chopped) 1 cup
Green onion (chopped) 1 cup
Sweet corn 1 cup
Hot water 1 cup
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Boiled pasta
Green coriander (chopped) as required

Directions for Boiled Pasta Preparation:
1. In a pot heat water and add salt. Bring it to a boil and add pasta. Cook until pasta is 80% done. Strain and set aside.
Directions for Masala Pasta Preparation:
2. In a pot heat oil and add garlic. Saute for a minute. Add chicken and cook until chicken changes color.
3. Add tomato puree, ketchup, coriander powder, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, red chili powder, salt and cook for 5-10 mins.
4. Add onion, capsicum, carrot, green onion, sweet corn and cook for a minute. Add hot water, cheddar cheese and cook until cheese melts.
5. Add boiled pasta and mix it well. Dish it out, garnish it with green coriander. Your Masala Pasta is ready. Serve and enjoy.
