  20. Similar to this recipe without yolks, just egg whites & sugar mix boiled in milk, called "Snow flakes", was popular in the late 70-es. I used to make it.
    Snow white, drizzled with crimson red raspberry preserve sauce , was taste bud friendly and eye catcher.
