1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 large egg (room temp)
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
3 cups all purpose flour (375g)
2 and 1/4 tsp instant yeast (7g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (55g) melted
Eggwash: 1 egg + 2 tbsp milk

Tried this recipe but it’s too sticky. I also let it rise for 90 minutes or so but it turned out a bit dense. Will try again but will let it rise overnight 🤞🏻

I dont know why but the dough is very wet even tho I follow the exact instruction. the Outcome is very soft, too soft that the bread couldnt hold its structure 😟
also It smell very yeasty too, I might need to reduce the yeast next time

I tried baking bread in the past but was unsuccessful. I gave this recipe a try since it's easy without kneading and it's really good. Though it didn't rise that much(for reasons I don't know), it came out pretty well. Delicious and fluffy my husband loved it!

I do not like mute videos. It's very annoying
mine was trouble from the start..I measure my ingredients using a scale..the dough was so wet that it was not even funny and kept adding flour..then when time to use the butter..it was a liquid mess so I added in more flour.The bread was no good 🙁 and I wasted precious flour. Have no idea what went wrong…I bake bread all the time. P.S. This is a kneading bread, might be better in a bread machine.

“No knead?” What’s all that turning & stretching about, then? We call that “kneading.” Respectfully, you can’t really call this “no knead” bread.

What is the oven temperature you all used? It says in the video 350 f
for 25 minutes. My loaf turned out a little uncooked in the middle other than that the bread was really good. Thank you!
After removing the gas the vid is showing lift and fold BUT it cuts out and all of a sudden there is a smooth bread ball sitting there. How long did the lifting and folding continue to get to that point? Often I think the bread is smooth enough but isn't so I'd like a general amount of time to continue the lifting and folding…anyone?
This dough does not come together as easily as showed in the video. Even after following these exact measurements, its terribly sticky. Almost bordering semi liquid consistency. So frustrated.
I made this bread today.
Instead of 1 loaf i divided the dough into 2 parts. I know this bread needs lots of proofing time but it turns out excellent even the dough was sticky it got stucked on the rolling pin..but is ok. Im happy with the result. Thank you very much.

Is this possible to make with an improvised oven?
I just made this but my dough wasn't as smooth and elastic. Next time I'm going to mix the dry Ingredients in a bowl and all the wet including instant yeast in another bowl, then combine. because i feel how i did it like in this video my liquids got cold and didn't hydrate/activate the yeast well. Anyways after putting it in the loaf pan i covered it and refrigerated it so i can bake it tomorrow morning. I'll update how it turns out
