Chuck Roast is not as affordable as it was 5 years ago. When cooked correctly they are tender and the flavor is exquisite.
All of these pot roasts are missing flavor by using an enamel covered pot. A true great flavor comes from a non enamel covered iron pot. You can taste the difference
