  1. I use two grills, a large and a small. so that I don't have to wait. If you have to cook one thing after the other thing on the same grill, something's going to get cold. Slicing the chicken lengthwise was the right thing to do, if you want it to cook right. You can also grind the chicken and make a chicken-burger, getting away from that red meat hamburger, or just buy chicken breast fillets, which are easier than a thick breast.

  2. I have one of the "original" Lean Mean Grilling Machines that a friend bought for me more than 10 years ago.  I have only today taken it out of the box!!  It doesn't come with a recipe book -and doesn't have temperature settings.  I'm hoping your recipes will help me learn how to use this equipment.  Thanks.

  3. Semi-healthy is a great way to put it, but so is tasty!
I love chicken, and red potatoes are the best.  A man has to have his meat and potatoes.

I cook something similar only I use the over, just take those potato slices and chicken, toss em in the oven and cover them in oil italian dressin.

  4. i used to make a meal similiar to this in the oven-chicken breasts(2) and red potatoes and carrots-seasoned all with whatever i felt like and baked for about 45 minutes covered in foil-nice to find a shortcut-i dont own a foreman grill though lol!
