Today I’m comparing indoor smokeless grills by Shaq and George Foreman to see how they compare. I bought both of these grills at Target for $90.

That mandlebrot set poster in the back is one of the coolest things I've seen and I'm super jealous now, good for you man lol, that's awesome
To me it looks like work to clean.
Forman grill more healthy

Cant compare the two cause the george grill is a press grill
Most any cooking implement with a non stick coating will tell you to only cook up to 450 degrees. This is because at 500 degrees, the non stick coating will emit very harmful chemicals. The same goes for your non stick pans. You should never heat them to anywhere near 500 degrees. Also, that's not smoke genius, it's steam. I know you're not very bright, but even you should know the difference between smoke and steam. And lastly, the Foreman grill squeezed things flat, so of course you're going to get more grease, and also less flavor. The Shaq grill does a much better job.
watching ESPN classics w/my niece was like, “George Foreman was a boxer before he became a grill inventor? Wow, that’s interesting”
Wonder what the internal temperature for the burgers was with both after cooking.
Copy cat
This is my second one. We have it outside the garage door exposed to the elements yearound https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxreK_FUQ74_bylFqCr3y2MHqL3u78-b3r Direct sunlight deteriorated the plastic on the thermostat and severe winds blew the lid off. We found it about an acre away. I bought a new one and I saved the good parts from the old one as spares. Got about 8 years out of the first one.
NOVELTY GRILL!!
I used the George Forman grill years ago, the one thing I didn't like, when cooking a steak as an example the top doesn't sit flat, it was always at an angle. I didn't care for that. Now watching the comparison of the two, while the Shaq improves with the floating bottom it seems like there are still issues, and maybe you could expand on this, it appears the lower section doesn't have every strong springs so the heavier the meat product the more it would drop, which would explain why the bottom cooked darker than the top. Interesting that the Shaq grill is mentioned as a panini grill, I prefer a panini grill, mostly due to the hinge on most are floating hinges, (at least the ones I've owned had floating hinges). The floating hinges the Panini makers have provide a better and more consistent pressure and better cooking, My opinion. The only issue I've ever had with a Panini maker is clean-up which I solved by lining the top and bottom with foil prior to cooking anything and cleanup is a breeze.
I don't like the Shaq because of the smoke when you did the burger, it's not smokeless so useless for me unfortunately…thank you!
Dude look like Bill Burr😄
Great review too👍🏾
I like to get a hold of these two i have a invention regarding a degreasing product but need a manufacturer
I bought a George Foreman Grill 20+ years ago. What a waste of money.
I can cook anything better in my Cast Iron skillets.
pretty sure when the makers of the george foreman grill paid him a huge check to buy him out they only got to use his name
thought for sure the GF would do better, but I want to press sandwiches and don't mind a little extra fat (+ less cleaning)
I have the Foreman, When I cook burgers I do 4 mins, I flip and turn so I have hash mark grill lines, mine turns out perfect every time, I also do thicker burgers.. Does great for cooking brauts..
Thank you for sharing..
I just got an upgraded version of the Foreman grill, with a digital touch display, other than that it looks very similar to the grill in this video; I've yet to actually use my grill because I only got it like 2 days ago, but I'm doing burgers tonight, and they are thicker than those on the video, 5.3oz patties, but I will try the same time, 4 minutes at 425 and see how they turn out, I like mine a little pink.
I have the Shaq grill and I got the error E1 does anyone know how to fix it please let me know thank you !
I have the George and I love it I did marinate beef steaks and absolutely no smoke
I love my George Foreman grill. I have the old school no frills, no knobs, plug it in and wait for the light. I make everything on mine, burgers, chicken, paninis, grilled cheese, even bacon!
georges burgers were compressed some of the juice and fat were pressed out
Shaq design too big on bottom not convenient for a small kitchen
George gets rid of more grease and shacks ago for the George
Old reliable
Having a hard time finding the Shaq grill you are demonstrating here. Where did you get yours? Thanks, Karen
The very last boxing match, that which George foreman won, was against Axle Scholtz, that which took place some time back in the 1990s. I believe prior to that he also beat Evander Holyfield.
I have the original Foreman grill. I stopped using it.
I don't know why the designers didn't clue in to make the plates removable to clean.
It's a hassle to clean which is why it's on a shelf.
If the SHAQ burger was more juicy, he WINS👍😁.. Want less GREASE, GET A VEGAN BURGER😨.. the Foreman grill wasn't made for Paninis 🤣🤣😂. Here cuz I just got the SHAQ GRILL 😉
All around great video – I enjoy your content 🙂
I truly love it video I love write from the start u open the boxes and compare instructions to instructions and how you are like me in detail
👌
I was expecting the Foreman to still be more capable than Shaq's given the experience/ pedigree, but I was pleasantly surprised by this outcome.
I know its not the same, but I'd take a air dryer and cheapo panini press for less than either of these.
The Shaq grill shows "unavailable" on the listing and I can't seem to find a record of it being sold in stores. Maybe it was discontinued?

I use to have a foreman and when I made hamburger it dry out them very much and I put season on my hamburgers it didn't seems like I put anything on there it dry mine food out so much I diced to though it away and never go back to a foreman I haven't buy a Shaq grill so I can't say anything about that keep up making good videos I like watching your videos I like the them as seen on tv keep up making more videos thank you
When he said the Shaq grill just floats that's so it doesn't crush the food.
Shaq win because I have both
I think it's a great product for dieters or little girls who want to play BBQ but you can't compare it to a propane powered Grill
You started the timer and then put the meat on the grill on the Shaq so it did not go for a full four minutes at first.
All the differences come from the press. George grill presses, so less juicy, flatter, less grease. Shaq doesn't press so thicker, juicier, and less grease in drip tray.
I have found out in the past that butterflying the chicken breasts really helps with these types of grills.
