  1. I just had Chinese American moo shu pork for the first time recently. The whole experience feels like getting a platter of fajitas at a Mexican restaurant, a bunch of ingredients you can wrap up into your own little rolls

  2. Wow, that looks great. I’m going to adapt it to be gluten free. So yummy. I had Moo Shoo pork a long time ago. I’ve never forgotten those flavors. Thanks Flo for another reminder to keep it simple and yummy.❤❤

  3. Looks delicious and definitely effortless and easy! I just bought some pork chops and a 2lb tri color bag of Cole slaw mix from Sam's Club here in ILLINOIS. It was $2.48. I will make this! I use the slaw mix for sauteed cabbage with smoked sausage and I'll use some of it for actual Cole Slaw! Much appreciated Flo thanks, Carla PS I haven't had an issue with the price of eggs here in Chicago 🥚🥚🥚😊

  4. Greetings! Moo Shoo pork is one of my all time faves to make at home. I personally like to use an extra bit of Hoisin sauce in the marinade as well. What I really want to pass on is my tip for the "pancakes" used for rolling. Instead of tortillas, I use canned refrigerator biscuits that I roll out as thinly as possible and then cook on a griddle. I can't tell you how delicious they are. Peace and blessings!

  5. Yeah unfortunately a little while back here in the US we had a bad outbreak of bird flu that caused a major shortage plus just the "normal" inflation spike caused our eggs to be like 3 or 4x the normal price but thankfully it is starting to go back down!

  6. Happy Sunday!! This dish looks fantastic minus the fungus!! 😂😂 I'm going to try it with chicken, too!
Luckily we have chickens so we don't have to buy eggs. However, the price of chicken feed has gone way up! We now have to sell the eggs for $5 a dozen. That's so sad… 🤷😳😔

  7. I have pork chops in the fridge and wasn’t sure how I was going to use them , but , you came with the idea , I haven’t ever cooked pork that way before , so I am going to try , great idea thanks for the idea , many blessings to you and your family Happy Sunday everyone 🙏🙏🏽

  8. I just made Moo Shu Chicken there was more to it, so I can't wait to try this. I buy a boneless pork loin for about 22.00 and slice and grind it up for recipes like these and dumplings, soup, pot stickers, and my spaghetti sauce. It's very inexpensive that way. Thanks so much for this, have your cookbook coming!!❤

  9. Happy Sunday Flo and Dude!! Another winner from you this Sunday. I am absolutely starving watching Dude do the taste test at the end. It's a very economical, low fat, delicious meal Flo. Thank you so much. Have a blessed week! 💞💞

  10. Darlin' this is my childhood favorite, I am originally from the northernmost tip of West Virginia, but somehow I got the AMAZING EXPERIENCE of our American version lol! I am saving this recipe, and putting it into my faves! Making this dish THIS WEEK! Many thanks!!

  11. Looks so good!! The recipe I have called for dried tiger lily buds and dried cloud ears, but yours has so much easier to find ingredients! Definitely going to try it! Also, got a HUGE bottle of mushroom "oyster" sauce! Thanks for your advice! ❤❤ (btw, I use Menlo spring roll wrappers for the pancakes…I've never been able to master making them from scratch 🤦‍♀😉)
