I use the garlic and onion powder in a lot of my meals as well. Appreciate the tip on that rice. I like the idea of the sliced potatoes on the side of the pan. I was gonna say the last meal was similar to Shepards pie. Holly all these meals look delicious. Can't wait to try them next time I cook with beef.

Hi Holly. We use a lot of ground beef, so these recipes had my attention. Gosh, that potato one looked so good. They all looked so good. I love cottage cheese in lasagna but my husband doesn't, so I rarely make it that way. I hope you've had a nice weekend. I wish you a great new week ahead.
