  1. Hello my sweet friend! I hope all is well with you and Tim.
These skillet meals all look delicious. So did your what's for dinner Sunday. I am not sure if I left a comment. I have been so busy. Lol.
I enjoy brined foods but I am not a fan of capers. I may need to try them again. It has been awhile.
I dont think I have ever bought a shallot in my life. 😂 I always use onion. I tried leeks for the first time a few weeks ago. I made a carrot and leek soup. It was delicious.
It truly amazes me how one chicken breast feeds both you and Tim. My husband eats one all by himself! Lol.
Tuscan Chicken is one of my favorites. I make mine in the crockpot.
The cajun pasta looks good. My mind is thinking of all the different proteins you can make this with.
Have a fantastic and blessed week.
    🙏❤😘

  2. Delicious looking chicken meals Stacy! Chicken is my favourite meat to cook with! In fact we had left over Chicken Pad Thai tonight. I think you'd like the flavour. Happy day from Sally, Les and the fur crew! ♥️😊

  3. Everything sounds delicious except the Chicken Picatta. I love olives but am not a Caper fan. Hayley loves chicken so the other 3 I plan to make to share with her when she has the baby. He is due in 4 weeks so we are on countdown. Her shower is this coming weekend.

  4. I wish you were my Mama Stacey! Everything you make looks delicious and I feel as though we have so much in common! From our love for Jesus, to our taste in books and tv shows! I will be making the chicken piccata this week! God Bless

  5. Well, you really hit this video out of the ballpark, so to speak! Great recipes and I can't wait to try them! Will modify a couple things due to my husband's dietary needs, but great ideas and using things we have on hand! Great job and thanks so much!

  6. Definitely trying these recipies! Cant go wrong, so delicious. Thank you Stacy for not only showing us recipes but giving us useful tips and tricks you’ve learned over the years! I learn quite a bit! Thank you!

  7. That all looks SO good! I want to try them all! The Cajun pasta is very similar to a dish my friend made one time when our church ladies had a recipe contest… she won first place with that one! Hope y’all are having a great week! 😄

  8. I love to cook with chicken, these all look really good! I may have to try that 2nd one with the sun-dried tomatoes soon, think I have most of what's needed but I may be slightly short of the full mushroom amount. I can attest to the tuscan chicken being good because I've made it, and may have made the cajun one a long time ago. I still like to use my IP but it usually works better for the 2 of us if I take the time to figure out how to cut the recipe in half! Those are some great chicken ideas, thanks!

  9. Hit the wrong button Dee Dee is my sister she lives
