  1. For those who are interested. I’ll be testing this out with brisket, pork butt, ribs and beef ribs. I’ll also be doing a comparison between this pit, the old country brazos, and a backyard size FatStack (custom) smoker. Let me know if you have any other suggestions!

  2. As massive and solidly built as this thing appears to be, the wheels seem a bit diminute. Maybe old Aaron should take a look at the Yoder YS1500s, and beef up them wheels on his smoker. And the water tray, instead of sitting on its own structure, robbing space for more grill area, could be fitted higher up, on a shelf like structure fixated on the circular end.

  3. I like you Jeremy, you are clearly a passionate and a connoisseur about barbecue, although you're very humble, especially with Aron from Franklin Bbq and I just love your atitude!
Keep going the great work and videos! Cheers from Portugal 🇵🇹

  4. Can you estimate much wood does the Franklin BBQ burns per hour at 275F if roughly 60F outside? By the lbs would be best but understand that is difficult since you have access to plenty of smoking wood.

  5. I would love to spend my hard-earned money on a Franklin. If I had any. Struggling with paying electric bill or buying food right now. So I'll have to put that on the back burner. Tell Aaron I'll take a raincheck.
