  1. My goodness, I just made this bread and it's so good! I added SD discard to it, too…Moving forward, I think I'm going to mill either kamut, Einkorn or spelt, one of the Ancient Grains that are kind of difficult to knead, because that will make this all the more delicious, I believe -🎉🎉🎉🎉

  2. I have never heard of this! Maybe this would be a good one for my milling wheat again, now with the Nutrimill. I’m very curious about it. I’ve had bananas ripening waiting to make your banana loaf. Sharing it with my sister. Your life stories are fascinating! You have done tremendous things in your life! I’d be buying fresh beef from you if you were still at it. Tho I live pretty far away from you. 🫶 Your talents are amazing and so worthwhile. So happy you decided to teach and share bread making and just being prepared. Thank you so much! Enjoy your Friday! 🍞🥩🐂🐄🐖🐐🐓💐🩷🥰🇺🇸

  3. Years ago I purchased a wheat/grain grinding machine and I have a bucket of winter wheat, but I’ve had it for many years. I have never used it and it has just sat in my very cool pantry. Will it still be good?
