I just made pasta yesterday I put in some sage and the pasta dough with her Provence tasted really good and he's very right about wrapping them up and not having enough simile enough flower or regular flour on them I used one cup of semolina flour and one and a half cups of King Arthur flour all-purpose it came out pretty nice I just got them a little too thin plus the numbers on the pasta maker for the KitchenAid you can barely see them they're stamped really light so be careful which way you go with them.
