  1. I made exactly by the recipe and did not really enjoy this. I used a 8 x 8 glass dish and it just would not cook. It stayed wet. I did not add any of the juice from the strawberries and cooked at the temp for almost an hour. I eventually took it out and made whipped cream for the top and ate it. I wouldn't make this again.

  2. 3 cups fresh ripe strawberries, hulled & diced

    ½-¾ cup granulated sugar
    COBBLER CRUST

    1 cup all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    ½ teaspoon sea salt
    ½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup whole milk, warm (I used almond milk)
    ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
    8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  3. Just got done making this. It is amazing. I doubled the recipe and used a 13×9 glass baking dish. I also let my strawberries marinate in the sugar in the fridge for about two hours. I had to add 5 minutes to baking time since I doubled recipe and I also sprinkled powder sugar on top when it was done. I used 5 cups of strawberries total.
