I made this today thinking tuna would be a weird summer roll addition but wow it was great! I also added avocados and instead of alfalfa sprouts used spring mix! Would definitely recommend this recipe. I also did the creamy garlicky sauce too and that was equally as good!

This was delicious!!! I used the veggies I had on hand – red cabbage, avocado, pickled daikon and carrots, cucumber, and red bell pepper. This may be my favorite spring roll dipping sauce of all times. It is so wonderfully refreshing with the cilantro, mint, and lime. Thank you!!!

is fish sauce important to use ?

I love your recipes but I love the best is how you explain with your beautiful smile. I am a fan of Thai food. But I am vegetarian and I don’t eat fish either. I don’t eat onion and garlic as well. I know garlic is the main ingredient in Thai recipes. I can substitute with ginger.
Can you suggest some vegetarian dishes without the fish sauce. What can be the substitute for fish sauce?

1st time making spring rolls, I could only find the small size wrapper. The filling turned out fine but the wrapper remained super sticky and had a rubbery texture; really off-putting. What did I do wrong?
