Chicken lovers, today we’re preparing a yummy and crunchy recipe: fried chicken legs… Let’s see how to cook them with @GZfoodqood !

INGREDIENTS
1 chicken thigh
1l salted water
2 bay leaves
150g mozzarella
2 mashed potatoes
Salt
Soy
Flour
2 beaten eggs
Paprika breadcrumbs

METHOD
Boil the chicken legs in salted water with the bay leaves until cooked and easy to detach from the bones. Set the bones aside and season the meat with the rest of the ingredients. Create a ball by putting the bone in the middle and give a nice shape. Flour, dip in the eggs, in breadcrumbs and fry.
