You can use any fish you like and you can use the same marinade with fish filet as well.
ingredients:
– 1/2 cup of garlic cloves (1 big handful)
– 1 large green bell pepper
– Jalapenos or cayenne pepper for some heat (optional for heat)
– 2 tbsp. salt
– 2 tbsp. Cumin
tips:
– leave to marinade for at least 2 hours.
– remove any excess marinade from the shrimps and fish before flouring them to prevent the garlic from burning
– leave them after you flour them outside for 10 minutes, this will create a nice crunchy crust.
– cook the shrimps first
– don’t over crowd the pan and cook them in batches
