What happened to the sausage? It appears to have been forgotten.
What was the sauce?
I like my fried rice kinda like bibimbap. A crispy shell and stickier rice. Done in a cast iron. I guess it's not authentic.
Awesome a nice 👍 lesson for me
T.T so cute
I love fried rice with a combination of meats like this where everything is chunky. Can’t wait to try this!
Aww, these guys are so sweet. I loved when the son helped his dad lift the heavy wok, and then the dad says "okay thank you".
At the end, I was worried that the son was going to serve himself first, and then he gave his dad the first plate. I sighed with relief. Even his dad was worried and when he received the plate he pretty much congratulated him on his manners say "oh you're a good son".
Reminds me of my dad. Maybe it's a generational thing, but my dad would have looked at me weird too if I dared serve myself before him. Gotta love family, and respect the hierarchy.
Super cute! 🥰
Also, great tip on using day old white rice! I'm so making this today (minus the meats and mushrooms). I have a 6 year old's food palet, 😆👍
Father and Son cooking together !! Absolutely awesome. I have just subscribed. Thanks for a great video.
Thanks for sharing, I have always used oyster sauce in fried rice makes it yummy – HAD a Chinese Restaurant for 17 years – Magic Wok, Mall Plaza, Constant Spring Road, Jamaica.

I enjoyed you guys and thanks for the lesson.
Great fried rise, chaufan !!!
Less meat, more onion, and add pineapple and peppers.
I was waiting for the "TOASTED SESAME" seeds….or at least a touch of the oil. Great regardless.
They do work very well together! Kudos!!! Great father and son moment!!! 😁
Pretty much how I make it, except to break up the clumps I put the rice in a plastic ziploc bag and refrigerate, then when the rice is cold, just before using, I break up any clumps in the bag. Then you can dump the whole bag all at once, no clumps! 👍
Uncle Roger needs to see this
Can I use dried thyme n Rosemary somehow?
Great. Now I’m starving!😂😂. That looked wonderful. Thank you.
i ALWAYS WANTED TO MAKE FRIED RICE RIGHT THANK YOU
It looks very delicious, I like the unique ingrdient combination. I love Chinese fried rice and have occasionally made it the Americanized way. I am allergic to shrimps and shell fish foods.
08:25, oh dear, it’s nowhere near hot enough! 🤦♂️
I’m so glad that my Queen sent me to Hong Kong for three years, the genuine street food was amazing. 🤤
No garlic? Why?
Dad says “okay…” 😂
Looks like very good fried rice. The son definitely out grew his dad.
I learn something new every time I watch. Thank You…!!!
Your dad is star 🌟
I half-expected you to spoon feed your dad.
How cool are these dudes!
Oh ya I forgot. Sesime oil.
I like green onions mmmmm. And you gotta use bean sprouts for a little crunch. Yaaaaa
You two are amazing
I had a friend from China who invited me and the kids over for dinner. She was such a lovely girl and I learned so much about her culture. But she cooked everything! There were beef dishes, fish, chicken, pork, and of course fried rice. She showed me how to fix it, but I was never able to get it as good as hers. She had to have cooked all week for this one dinner. SO good!
MORE plase.
Hawaii-style SPAM fly-lice is also awesome.
Wow! I have always been intimidated by Chinese cooking. I felt I didn’t have the knowledge or the proper ingredients. So, I have been passing on these segments. This was wonderful. I now feel after watching, I can wade in and give it a go. Thanks, guys, this was so fun to watch. My guess it’s a ton of fun at the Pang’s family get togethers, not to mention delicious!
Awesome teamwork guys! No screaming, no homicide, just good food!👍👍👍
