Ingredients:
1-12 oz Bag of Peas and Carrots
1-Large Onion
2-Eggs
1-Bunch Green Onions
2-3 Cloves Garlic
1-Small Thumb Ginger
4-Cups Cooked Rice (Cook day before)
2-Tbs Dark Soy Sauce
4-Tbs Light Soy Sauce
1/2-Tsp MSG – Optional
1-LB cooked Pork/Chicken/Beef
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Chop Onion, Green Onions, Garlic, and Ginger. Set aside
2. Scramble 2 eggs and set aside
3. In hot wok, on highest heat burner, add 4 Tbs of oil. Add Onion and cook until translucent.
4. Add bag of Peas and Carrots and cook until all water has cooked off. When water is gone add garlic and ginger and cook for one minute.
5. Push all ingredients to sides of wok and add 1 Tbs of oil to center of wok and add eggs. Let cook until hard scrambled and mix with rest of ingredients.
6. Add cooked rice and toss until fully incorporated with ingredients. If oil is needed add a Tbs Of oil at a time. Fry for a few minutes.
7. Stir in both soy sauces and msg. Add meat and cook until meat is heated through. Turn off heat and add green onions. ENJOY!
