Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup or to taste
-Vanilla custard powder 6 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Apple cubes ½ Cup
-Aam (Mango) cubes ½ Cup
-Grapes ½ Cup
-Banana cubes ½ Cup
-Peach cubes ½ Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs or to taste
Assembling:
-Plain cake slices
-Red jelly cubes
-Green jelly cubes
-Prepared custard
-Mix fruits
-Cherry
-Chocolate cake crumbled

Directions:
-In wok,add milk,sugar,mix well and bring it to boil.
-In vanilla custard powder,add milk and mix well.
-Gradually add dissolve custard powder,whisk continuously and cook until thickens.
-Turn off the flame and whisk until cooled down.
-In bowl,add apple,mango,grapes,banana,peach,caster sugar and mix well.
-Cut jelly into cubes & set aside.
Assembling:
-In serving dish,add plain cake slices,red jelly,green jelly,prepared custard and spread evenly.
-Add mix fruits,prepared custard and spread evenly.
-Garnish with jellies,cherry,chocolate cake crumbled & serve!

Ajza:

-Karhai mein doodh aur cheeni dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Vanilla custard powder mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka dissolve custard powder shamil karein aur musalsal whisk kertay rahein aur garha hunay tak paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur whisk kertya hoye thanda ker lein.
-Bowl mein apple,aam,grapes,banana,peach aur bareek cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein .
-Jelly ko cubes mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Serving dish mein plain cake slices,red jelly,green jelly aur tayyar custard dal ker pheela lein.
-Mix fruits jelly aur tayyar custard dal ker pheela lein.
-Jellies,cherry aur chocolate cake crumbled sa garnish ker ka serve karein.

  1. I addded 4 tbs in 1 litre milk.. but all milk dried up . Leaving only 2 medium bowl size filling custord.. is this quantity is ok or not.. bcz I think that there should have been more serving bowls 🥺.. am I doing something wrong.. plz anyone advise me

  2. Aoa. I tried your recipe for iftar today and I loved it. The custurd tasted great and its consistency was accurate. I have tried a similar recipe before with buscuits and the custard part would always get really thick and chonky and would look aweful as well as not be enough. The tip about closing the fire and then mixing the rest of the custard is what all the difference in my opinion.
    One tip that I have for all of you is to poar some milk or coffee mixture all over your cake to soften it. Dont pour too much other wise it will crumble and the piece you'll be serving will not hold its shape and fall apart. Just sprinkle some.
