Simple Fried pork recipe for snacks.

Cooking time 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

-1 lbs of pork baby back ribs
-1/4cups of fish sauce
-1/4 cups of sugar
-1/4 cups of oyster sauce
-1 tablespoons of garlic powder
-1 tablespoons of black pepper
-4 cups of vegetable oils
-1 cups of all purpose flour
-1 egg

Preparation:

-Cut each pork ribs into 2-4 inches
-Beat eggs in a small bowl
-add fish sauce,sugar,garlic powder, black pepper and marinate well in a mixing bowl(let in sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes)
-Pour all purpose flour on a plate

Cooking:
-Heat oil to 325-375 degree Fahrenheit
-Dip each ribs in the beaten egg
-Cover each side of the ribs with flour
-Gently placing each ribs into the frying pan
-Repeat each step after placing each ribs into the pan
-Fry ribs until golden brown
