  1. I do hope next season they don't bring back Bobby, and allow Michael Simon to take the reigns. When I hear BBQ, I think of good ol' Michael Simon, the BBQ king himself. As for this season's start, pretty good. But Antonia really screwed over her team by not paying attention to what the challenge was, and even cooking such a high profile entree with both a surf and turf meat. She should've done a seafood dish only, that way at least 2 chefs could work with turf proteins, and everyone would've been able to make a cohesive feast.

  2. When Bobby's team mentioned making Corn Bread not one of them mentioned making Jalopeno flavored Corn Bread(?); yes I am Texas Bred Born and Raised and I'ld like Jalopeno in my buttered Cornbread and Jalopeno (not sugar) hinted in my beans.., thankyou
