Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients
Olive oil 2 tsp
Butter 1tbsp
Onion ½
Mushrooms sliced 1 cup
Tomato paste 2tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Oregano 1tsp
Garlic powder 1tsp
Crushed chilli flakes 1tsp
Pasta water ½ cup
Chicken powder 1tsp
Heavy cream 250 gm
Pasta 250 gm
Mozzarella cheese ¼ cup

Garnish
Basil leaves as required
Cherry tomatoes as required
Parsley as required
Herbs as required

Method
Drizzle olive oil add chopped onion cook for 1 to 2min add mushrooms sliced, tomato paste and pasta water as much required. Cook and blend it together. Add butter to pan and the blended sauce add spices and herbs, chicken powder, remaining pasta water cook till thick add heavy cream
Boil pasta and add to the pan now add cheese. Enjoy with bread or any side dish of your choice.

Snicker Bars

Ingredients
Pitted dates 1 ¼ cup
Peanut butter 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Ground oats 1 cup
Sliced roasted peanuts 1/3 cup
Melted dark/milky chocolate 175 gm
Sugar 1 cup
Butter 50 gm
Cream ½ packet

Method
Get a silicone loaf mould or you can use any dish or pan.
Melt a little butter add chocolate melt it add a layer on loaf
Refrigerate it, keep the remaining for later.
Make salted caramel. Melt butter on a pan, add sugar caramelise now add salt then mix it together to form salted caramel.
For the dough First, add the dates to a bowl and then add boiling water. Leave it for 15-20 mins. Now, in a grinder/ food processor, add warm dates (drain the water), peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend it to get a thick and smooth cream sauce. Take out the sauce. Grind oatmeal add 1/3 of sauce. Blitz until a thick and soft dough-like structure forms.
Roast peanuts.
Now do the layering first of the dough then caramel and then peanuts last layer of melted chocolate freeze it for good time 30 min to 2 hours. Take it out from mould. Enjoy with your cup of coffee.
