Ingredients:
5 tbsp Ghee
1 kg Carrot, grated
1 ltr Full-Fat Milk
10 tbsp Sugar
Almonds, soaked
Cashew nuts, soaked
Raisins, soaked
Pistachios, soaked
1 tsp Green Cardamom powder
Method of preparation:
Heat ghee in a wok, add carrot, saute it for few minutes.
Add milk, cook the carrot in milk for 30-45 minutes until the milk dries and keep stirring it occasionally.
Add sugar, almonds, cashew, raisins, pistachios, green cardamom powder, cook the halwa till the milk has completely reduced.
Our Gajar Ka Halwa or Carrot Halwa is ready.

Gajar ka halwa, also known as gajorer halua, gajrela, gajar pak, and carrot halwa is a carrot-based sweet dessert pudding from the Indian subcontinent. It is made by placing grated carrots in a pot containing a specific amount of water, milk and sugar and then cooking while stirring regularly. It is often served with a garnish of almonds and pistachios. The nuts and other items used are first sautéed in ghee, a type of clarified butter from the Indian subcontinent

The easiest receipt for everybody m non Indian so this was the best video I could find.,
Simple n Easy and hopefully 🤞 Yummu as m still cooking.,,
The other good thing I found n another video was put in the whole carrot n boil it in the milk the smash it.,
So u dnt have to grate.,, use cooker but he did not close the lid.,
