Garlic Mozzarella Bread
Dough:
250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour/plain flour
5g (1-1/2 tsp) instant dry yeast
25g (2 tbsp) sugar
1/2 tsp salt
42g (3 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
125ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
1 egg, whisked
Flour for kneading, if necessary
250g lactose-free fresh Mozzarella cheese (125g of each). We can use other cheese if it isn’t available in your place.
Garlic butter:
2 tbsp softened butter
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp chopped scallions
1/2 tsp salt
A sharp blade or a regular knife.
Egg for brush the edge, if you are using.
Freshly cracked black pepper
Indonesian
Roti Bawang Putih Mozzarella
Adonan:
250 g (2 gelas) tepung serbaguna / tepung biasa
5g (1-1 / 2 sdt) ragi kering instan
25g (2 sdm) gula
1/2 sdt garam
42g (3 sdm) mentega tawar, dilelehkan
Susu hangat 125ml (1/2 gelas)
1 butir telur, dikocok
Tepung untuk diuleni, jika perlu
250 g keju Mozzarella segar bebas laktosa (masing-masing 125 g). Kami dapat menggunakan keju lain jika tidak tersedia di tempat Anda.
Bawang putih mentega:
2 sdm mentega lunak
1 sdt bawang putih cincang
2 sdm daun bawang cincang
1/2 sdt garam
Pisau tajam atau pisau biasa.
Telur untuk menyikat ujungnya, jika Anda menggunakan.

Eine scharfe Klinge oder ein normales Messer.
Ei zum Bürsten der Kante, wenn Sie verwenden.
Frisch geknackter schwarzer Pfeffer

Pan de Mozzarella y Ajo
Masa:
250 g (2 tazas) de harina para todo uso / harina normal
5 g (1-1 / 2 cucharaditas) de levadura seca instantánea
25 g (2 cucharadas) de azúcar
1/2 cucharadita de sal
42 g (3 cucharadas) de mantequilla sin sal, derretida
125 ml (1/2 taza) de leche tibia
1 huevo batido
Harina para amasar, si es necesario
250 g de queso mozzarella fresco sin lactosa (125 g de cada uno).
Podemos usar otro queso si no está disponible en su lugar.
Mantequilla de ajo:
2 cucharadas de mantequilla ablandada
1 cucharadita de ajo picado
2 cucharadas de cebollín picado
1/2 cucharadita de sal
Una cuchilla afilada o un cuchillo regular.
Huevo para cepillar el borde, si lo está usando.
Pimienta negra recién molida

Pain mozzarella à l’ail
Pâte:
250g (2 tasses) de farine tout usage / farine nature
5 g (1-1 / 2 c. À thé) de levure sèche instantanée
25g (2 c. À soupe) de sucre
1/2 cuillère à café de sel
42 g (3 c. À soupe) de beurre non salé, fondu
125 ml (1/2 tasse) de lait chaud
1 œuf, fouetté
Farine pour le pétrissage, si nécessaire
250g de mozzarella fraîche sans lactose (125g de chaque). Nous pouvons utiliser un autre fromage s’il n’est pas disponible chez vous.
Beurre d’ail:
2 cuillères à soupe de beurre ramolli
1 c. À thé d’ail émincé
2 cuillères à soupe d’oignons verts hachés
1/2 cuillère à café de sel
Une lame tranchante ou un couteau ordinaire.
Oeuf pour brosser le bord, si vous utilisez.
Poivre noir fraîchement concassé

It is a dough with one egg, butter and a little milk added; that's what makes it so special; and the topping, too, adds to its great taste! A Favourite which you can also make with many other ingredients of your taste, or even with just olive oil and sea salt!

I made this with less sugar (20g, cud probably reduce more) n olive oil (I tried 1/4 of a cup) n wholemeal spelt flour n it was perfect. No butter. So if you after a slightly healthier version I would recommend those changes. But great recipe tho, comes out consistently fluffy n morish every time n my kids love it. Thanks 4 sharing.

Dough did not come out soggy. It was dry. I had to add more butter and milk.
