an easy roast pork recipe that needs only a few ingredients
INGREDIENTS FOR THE ROAST::
3 TO 4 POUNDS (1 1/2 TO 2 KILOS) PORK ROAST OR LOIN
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup white vinegar (I used Datu Puti vinegar)
INGREDIENTS FOR THE GRAVY:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups water
2 teaspoons Kikkoman soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Knorr liquid seasoning
1/2 Knorr chicken/pork/beef cube
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
ALLOW 40 TO 45 MINUTES COOKING TIME PER POUND
THE ROAST IS DONE ONCE THE INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES 160 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT
(TOOK ME MORE THAN 2 HOURS TO COOK THIS)

It's for the flavor, acutally di aasim yung roast kahit suka ang pang brush sa kanya, masarap ang lasa (in my opinion) 🙂
