  1. I have lung cancer, and these seem like a much better option for smoked flavor without so much smoke and standing over a grill.
    Just seal it in a container with a tiny bit of controlled smoke… easy.

    I'm definitely gonna give one of these a try, because I absolutely love smoky barbecue chicken, and smoked fish.

  2. How much heat is produced from the winning and runner up smoker? I understand these are cold smokers. But how "cold" is really cold? For example if I wanted to make a smoked compound butter to put under the skin of a spatchcocked roasted chicken, could I achieve the smoky flavor in the butter without breaking the emulsion?

  3. The two that were disqualified first also have removable screens that can be cleaned. AND…… a longer tube can be added for just pennies. Most of your product testing is good, but your results here are very wrong!
