Actually Authentic Ghevar me dudh ke saath thoda dahi bhi daalte hai
Phir usko thode time ke liye ferment bhi krte hai isse uska swaad aur bhi badh jata hai

4 inch ke 5 Ghewar banane ke liye

3 Tbsp Ghee
2 – 3 IcActually Authentic Ghevar me dudh ke saath thoda dahi bhi daalte hai
Phir usko thode time ke liye ferment bhi krte hai isse uska swaad aur bhi badh jata hai
For 5 Small Ghewar

3 Tbsp Ghee
2 – 3 Ice Cubes
Maida 1/2 cup (70g)
Besan 1 Tbsp
Whole Wheat Flour 1 Tbsp
200 mL to 250mL chilled Milk
Oil/ Ghee or Vanaspati for frying

Sugar Syrup – 1/2 Sugar +1/2 water
Make 1 taar ka syrup with Kesar & Elaichi Some Nuts & Rabri
1/2 tsp Lime Juice for Sugar Syrup

e Cubes
