I've ordered the bronto ribs on goldbelly twice now. First time was just one rack. That wasn't enough yummyness. I ordered two racks the second time. I would recommend you give it a try. (Yes it's expensive, but so worth it)

I used to live a few blocks away and I can attest to the fact that this brisket is on a WHOLE other level of its own! I live in Europe now and am a vegetarian (for health reasons) but every time I come to visit NY I go back to MQ for that brisket! Mmmmmmmm….
