My husband asked me what I wanted for our anniversary. I told him a Brontosaurus Rib. He thought I was making an innuendo so I had to show him this video. (PS. I ate all of the Brontosaurus Rib by myself and it was delicious. My husband had the brisket.)

I've ordered the bronto ribs on goldbelly twice now. First time was just one rack. That wasn't enough yummyness. I ordered two racks the second time. I would recommend you give it a try. (Yes it's expensive, but so worth it)

I used to live a few blocks away and I can attest to the fact that this brisket is on a WHOLE other level of its own! I live in Europe now and am a vegetarian (for health reasons) but every time I come to visit NY I go back to MQ for that brisket! Mmmmmmmm….
