Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
1 ripe banana
1-2 teaspoons molasses (adjust to taste)
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)
