Ingredients:
400 grams Bagoong Alamang (tabang)
(shrimp paste)
150 grams Kasim or liempo with fats
1 garlic bulb, minced
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 of shrimp cubes
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. Knorr liquid seasoning
2 siling pula (red chili peppers) – OPTIONAL
