1 Tbsp (15ml) – Olive Oil
2 (250g – 8.8oz) – Pork Loin Chops
2 Tbsp (28g) – Unsalted Butter
5 – Cloves of Garlic, Minced
2 Tbsp (30ml) – Chicken or Vegetable Stock (Recipes Down Below)
1 Tbsp (15ml) – Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp (65g) – Honey (I used Wild Flower Manuka)
Seasoning to Taste

For the Salad –
There are no measurements for this as you can make however much or as little as you’d like.

1 Tbsp (15ml) – Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This is a great, easy recipe. I like add a dollop of dijon mustard and a splash of worcestershire sauce, but recipe is delicious as is.
Love this so much! Is there some way this could be done on the BBQ? Maybe grill the meat first while making the sauce separately? Or finishing it off on the bbq on a sheet tray maybe, to keep the glaze there?

If you cut a slit on the fat with kitchen shears keeps the chop flat instead of curling.
