Get a popular diet plan program called Okibetonic Secrets (just search it on google). Thanks to it I have lost a ton of weight.   9. i am on slimfast for a week to finish it off but i am thinking off replacing the shakes to smoothies with veg and fruit twice a day but dont know where to start and if i need to have meals with it or what can someone help me please
