Here we present a gluten-free keto bread recipe that will work in a bread maker or machine. While this recipe was quite difficult to develop, it has gone through several tests to ensure you have success. We have been told it’s absolutely delicious.

Nutritional Information16:
Cal: 153 | Net Carbs: 1.7g | Fiber: 3.2g | Total Carbs: 4.9g | Fat: 11.6g | Protein: 7.6g
This is only a guide due to the different brands available.
Please work out your own to ensure accuracy.

Ingredients:
220g/1 cup Warm Water
5g/1 tsp Honey
13g/1 tbsp Instant Dried Yeast
270g/ 1 cup + 2 tbsp Carton Egg Whites
50g ¼ cup Oil (Olive or Avocado or Coconut)
40g/3 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Oil for the crust
230g/ 2 cups Almond Flour
84g/½ cup + 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
28g/ ¼ cup Golden Flaxseed Meal
23g/¼ cup Egg White Protein Powder

BULK BREAD MIX Makes 4 Loaves of Bread
You will need 400 grams of the bread mix per loaf
920g/ 8 cups Almond Flour
336g/ 2 cups + 2/3 cup + 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
112g/ 1 cup Golden Flaxseeds Meal
92g/1 cup Egg White Protein Powder or Unflavored Protein Powder
88g/ 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp + 1 tsp Baking Powder
20g/2 tbsp Baking Soda
40g/4 tbsp Sweetener
20g/2 tbsp Salt
