Gluten free pizza bread rolls

Ingredients :
Luke warm water : 1/4 cup
Sugar grinded : 1 tbsp
Yeast : 1 tsp
Gluten free bread flour : 2 cups
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Baking powder : 1 tsp
Cream of tartar : 1/4 tsp
Eggs : 2
Oil : 2 tbsp
Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
Luke warm milk : as required

Direction:
Mix them all n let it rest for 5 minutes for proofing.
Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.
Add all liquid ingredients and knead the dough for 5 minutes.
Add sufficient amount of milk so that a very soft dough is formed.
Let it proof for one hour.
After proofing, roll into a square shape and add pizza sauce, cheese, chicken chunks, onion, capsicum and tomatoes.
Then fold the dough into round shape and cut it into equal parts.
Now grease the pan with oil and line it with butte paper.
Place all the parta into the pan and add more cheese, red chilli flakes and oregano.
Preheat oven at 180 degree.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Pizza bread rolls are ready.
