Recipe:
1 apple, peeled and cored
A dash of ground nutmeg
½ tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. almond butter
½ cup vanilla almond milk
½ tbsp. vanilla extract
1 scoop total lean 25 vanilla protein (Get it here:
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

Blend and enjoy!
