  1. 1. Superfood Bedtime Elixir – how much time before bed should this be taken? I know all the nutritionists recommend not having any food at least 2 hours before bed, and even better if it's 3 hours.

  2. Hi Mer, Melissa here from Socal. I was wondering about your mom's before bed drink… Can I use herbal tea instead of and milk 🥛? Would it still be as effective? I don't drink much almond milk cuz it seems to be an irritant at times. But I always have herbal teas going on…. I have mixed this combo before with tea and also eliminated the honey but I drank it in the morning… Not knowing that before bed would be more purposeful. Let me know at your leisure. (I like your kitchen ❤) M.
