1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
800g Fish (whole) or (sliced)
2 Cups Coriander Leaves
4 Green Chilies
4 Cloves
½” Cinnamon Stick
8 Garlic Cloves
1″ Ginger
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 tsp. Sugar
½ Tbsp. Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 3 -4

It's impossible to get Goan fish here in the UK unless I go to a London market so I'm using sea bass which is in my opinion is even better.. This dish is Goa so thank you Fatima this is just fabulous and it's why you're the fabulous cook of Goa on the Tube 🙂
