1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
700g Kingfish
1 cup grated Coconut
½ Tbsp. Coriander Seeds
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
4 Garlic Cloves
½” Ginger
10g Tamarind
6 Cloves
1 ½” Cinnamon Stick
½ cup Onion
½ cup Tomato
1 Green Chilli
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 3 -4

Ur onions and tomatoes r not cooked well, added d fish ur curry looks watering even adding thick coconut milk

If you use tamarind its not necessary to use tomatoes as that may make it too tangy.
Fathima i don't like this ☝️ concept of thick n thin milk really in any of the Goa curries il try it but 😊

I want to no where u get in goa all the measuring requirement I get confused with the measurement and I dont have measuring things for example half cup onions or tomatoes or 10g tamarind or 80 gram coriander leaves how much to put or 1 0r 2 cup coconut bcoz yr cup n what I use will not be same

I used to prepare these few years back with prawns . Nice to see king fish caldin .
Prawns I used to not shallow fry and separate .but add used to add to onions during saute.
