1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
1 Kg Beef (thinly sliced & tenderised)
1 ½” Ginger
15 Garlic Cloves
2 Green Chillies
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
¼ cup Vinegar
2 Eggs
Plain Flour (for coating)
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste

Serves: 4 -6
Preparation Time: 20 mins
