Green Cardamoms – 2

Onions – 2 medium size
Tomato – 1 medium size
Potato – 1 medium size
Sugar – ½ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Water – 2 ½ cups / 625 ml
Cooking Oil – 3 tbsp

  1. A SUPERB recipe! I can’t thank you enough! I’m Jewish and we made this with either meat or chicken and called it simply “hara masala”. This is the only non-veg recipe I have found that is authentic and without any milk, yogurt, etc. THANK YOU ❤
