1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken
1 cup Onion
½ cup Tomato
1 cup Coriander Leaves
2 Green Chillies
½ cup Grated Coconut
6 Garlic Cloves
½” Ginger
4 Cloves
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
4 Peppercorns
1″ Cinnamon Stick
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
10g Tamarind
1 tsp. Sugar
4 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Coriander (for garnishing)
Serves: 4 -6
Preparation Time: 30 mins
